  • Yes, download the Zoom app on your computer, tablet, or phone. It's free. We will help you test it before your first class.

  • A: Yes, but a computer or tablet is better. You can see materials more easily and type better on bigger screens. Make sure you are in a quiet environment or use headphones for best results.

  • A: Everyone learns at different speeds. Our teachers help each student. You can watch recorded classes again to practice more.

  • A: No! Everyone is learning together. Making mistakes is normal and helps you learn. Our classes are friendly and supportive.

  • A: Our teachers speak slowly and clearly. We use translation help when needed. You can ask questions anytime during class.

  • A: No! All materials are included in your monthly payment. Everything is digital - no extra costs.

    We do have some additional materials at an extra cost.

  • A: You can switch between Monday/Wednesday/Friday and Tuesday/Thursday if spaces are available. Contact us to make changes.

  • ? A: Yes, you can pause for up to 2 weeks. Contact us before your vacation. Longer breaks may require restarting your membership.

  • A: Your teacher gives regular feedback. We have progress tests every month. You will notice you understand more and can speak better.

  • A: Yes! You get a completion certificate for each level (A1, A2) when you finish successfully.

  • Yes, you will also have access to the online content and all the classes recorded. Your continued access cost 85 Euros per month.

  • A: Yes, cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. No penalties. Complete the month you already paid for.

  • Contact us immediately. We can pause your membership or arrange a payment plan. We want to help you continue learning.

  • A: Yes! Family members count toward our group discount (3+ students). Each family member pays the reduced group rate of 10 Euros per class.

  • A: Maximum 20 students per class.

  • We do offer 1:1 classes for individual attention. You can reach out to your teacher for more information.
